Unopened Products, purchased on-line, may be returned to ONW for a full product refund within 48 hours of delivery date. Opened Products and used Products are non-refundable. Shipping costs are responsibility of purchaser and are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping cost for returns.
